How many people can participate?

I can accommodate small teams of 10 or full departments of 30+. Sessions are scalable depending on your space and goals.

Is this suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes—although Bhangra is a high-energy dance form, sessions are inclusive and adaptable. I always offer low-impact options and keep things accessible for everyone.

Do participants need dance experience?

No experience needed at all! Classes are beginner-friendly and all about having fun. I break it down step-by-step and get everyone moving confidently—no pressure, just good vibes.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

I do not - all sessions are IN PERSON!

Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings or series of classes?

Yes! I love working with recurring clients and can offer package rates for ongoing sessions.

How long is a typical session?

Most sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, but we can adjust based on your schedule. Whether you want a quick 20-minute energy burst or a full hour of movement, we’ll make it work.

What do we need to provide on our end?

All you need is a space to move, access to speakers (Bluetooth preferred), and your team’s enthusiasm! I’ll bring the music and moves.
